Ramin Barzegar

Ramin Barzegar is an Iranian visual artist and internationally recognized photographer whose work exists at the intersection of architecture, light, form, and human perception. Through a distinctive artistic approach, he has moved architectural photography beyond pure documentation, transforming it into a poetic, conceptual, and universal visual language.
His professional career began in the 1980s and has expanded over more than three decades through travel and photographic work across cities around the world. His body of work reflects years of experience capturing buildings, urban environments, and cultural landmarks across five continents. His images go beyond geometry and structure, revealing the spirit of place and the hidden narratives embedded within architecture.
Barzegar holds a degree in Industrial Design, a background that has deeply influenced his sensitivity to proportion, structure, rhythm, functionality, and aesthetics. In his work, architecture is not merely the subject of an image, but a living presence reinterpreted through light, time, and perspective.
To date, he has received more than 89 international photography awards, with his works honored in prestigious global competitions and exhibitions. His book Eternal Frames earned First Place at the International Photography Awards (IPA) in the book category, further establishing his reputation on the international stage.
