Persian Cultural Circle of Colorado

Persian Cultural Circle of Colorado is the brainchild of a number of Iranian Americans who are passionate about sharing the Persian cultural heritage with the world in the form of arts, music, poetry and celebration of ideas. The organization was founded by Ms. Noshin Farjadi, a renowned diversity and inclusion activist and a community leader in 2017. Since formation, Persian Cultural Circle of Colorado has facilitated a number of events focused on cultural exchange, including dances, poetry nights, new-year celebrations and music performances.

Persian Cultural Circle of Colorado is a volunteer-run organization and is fueled by the passion and support of its members. We are always looking to add members to our growing list of volunteers, supporters and advocates. We want you to join us.  We also want to hear from you. What kind of events do you want to see hosted in the Denver metro area? What are your thoughts and ideas about our organization and how can we strengthen it? Anything you want to share, we are all ears.

MISSION

Persian Cultural Circle exists in order to help improve the image of Persians and the people of Iran. We promote ancient Persian celebrations as secular and positive community festivities and invite all nationalities and backgrounds to celebrate the Persian culture with us.

Moreover, we communicate and model the ancient Persian philosophies of respect for humans, animals, earth, water and air at all times. Our hope is to inspire the next generation of Persians and non-Persians to continue honoring and celebrating these meaningful traditions joyfully and proudly.

Please note: We have chosen to conduct most of our oral and written communication in English as we aim to connect with non-Farsi speaking generation as well as non-Persians.

We are always happy to help with any communication challenges that some of our non-English speaking community members might face during our events. Just ask any of the PCC leadership team members and they will ensure you are assisted.
