The Chamber will conduct business, art, and cultural activities primarily in Austin, Texas. Different local chapters located in cities throughout the United States shall be governed by the designated local chapter personnel under the supervision of the corporate office in Austin, Texas. The principal office of the Chamber shall be located in Austin, County of Travis, State of Texas. This office shall direct Chamber activities and be the depository for all Chamber records. The Chamber may also have offices at such other places throughout the United States as the board may from time to time determine or the business of the Chamber may require.
